French-American Chef and
long term resident of Bali, Chef Chris Salans combines the best of local and
precious ingredients to prepare and present a modern and innovative
cuisine. Hailed for his creativity, Salans associates unusual flavours to

background and his training with 3-Star Michelin Chefs, Chef Salans has

Beni
di Batasiolo
Going
back five decades, Beni di Batasiolo is a modern DOCG winery hailing from Alba,
a city with a long vine-growing history located in Piedmont, Northern Italy.
Batasiolo consists of nine estates, producing all the celebrated red wines of
the region, including Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera d'Alba and d'Asti, Dolcetto
d'Alba, as well as white wines such as Moscato d'Asti, Chardonnay and Gavi di
Gavi. The winery is also responsible for four highly acclaimed Barolo wines
made from Nebbiolo grapes, namely Barolo Boscareto, Barolo Bofani, Barolo
